Disclaimer: Screenshots taken from 3 different Wordpress blogs. Page speed is a ranking factor in Google search results. There are two website versions to boost: Mobile and Desktop. I use tools like: Google Page Speed Insights, and GTmetrix to measure speed results after the optimization. It works with any site setup, i.e. Wordpress, Joomla, CS-cart, Magento, Prestashop, HTML, etc. Note that not all sites can make it to 100/100 due to poorly coded templates/themes/plugins, wrong server setup, number of plugins etc. The goal is to get a number above 80/100 which is pretty good if you start low. Usually client websites' range from 15 to 40/100. Speed also differs between mobile and desktop versions. Changing the website theme/template is rarely an option so I work within the limitations posed by the client. Best results I get when I have access to server i.e. enabling server caching, hand-coding files on server, and access to the script/CMS i.e. Wordpress, Joomla, to test and find the best speed solution. I give a full refund if the score doesn't reach at least 80/100. The guarantee is given provided that I was allowed to use the two methods (server access, website access) and I have full 3 uninterrupted days to test and find the best solution.
